Expected return window

Possible: Oct 28 – Dec 6

Surfstrummer has now been gone 250 days — 96 days past its historical average of 154 days; some past returns were during Lunar New Year, so the next Lunar New Year window is kept as the backup window; its past cycles are steady, which raises our confidence in the window.
